Junior Springbok coach Bafana Nhleko said the line between winning the World Rugby U20 Championship and producing sustained Springboks is a fine one that adds to the pressure of them needing to break a 12-year duck.
Nhleko's charges, who have gathered in Johannesburg, will be departing for Australia for next week's inaugural Under-20 Rugby Championship.
The tournament will run from 2-12 May, with all games being held in Gold Coast and serves as a preparation point for the World Rugby U20 Championship to be held in Cape Town later this year.
