WATCH | 'Pure joy!': Seven-year-old's Sunday morning tradition with his dad will make you smile

MJ Hill and his dad Marcus have got the internet crying happy tears. 

The father-son duo have gone viral after sharing their sweet Sunday morning tradition of cooking and dancing in the kitchen via Instagram. 

Marcus began the tradition on Valentine's Day as a breakfast in bed gift to his wife with the help of MJ. 

"At first, she had no idea what was going on in the kitchen. She just heard pots and pans, so I recorded it to actually show her," Hill said in an interview of what motivated him to start filming their Sunday sessions.

According to the dad, MJ loved it so much that it's now become something of a father-son duo bonding custom that the two have carried on ever since. 

And after sharing their videos online, the two have been praised for showing people a positive example of family life. 

'Pure joy!', 'This is what family is all about' and "What a bond and great memories you are making' are just some of the positive feedback the two have been getting. 

Hill says that he had no idea how much of an impact his videos would make but is happy to continue and his son's joy is what makes it all worth it. 

"When he saw mommy was happy, he wanted to keep doing it to keep her happy."
