The Huguenot Tunnel has been fully reopened to all traffic after a serious accident on Tuesday evening.
Michael Vinello-Lippert, the SA National Road Agency's project manager for the Huguenot Tunnel, announced that the tunnel had been fully reopened to all traffic at 01:30 on Wednesday.
He said the tunnel was closed following a serious crash between a heavy motor vehicle and a bakkie with a trailer, occurring just before 19:00 Tuesday.
