Inga Mkoko

In July 2022, Inga Mkoko was shot 13 times and left in a coma for three weeks.

Only 25 years old at the time, Mkoko had visited Mdlalose Tavern in Orlando East, Soweto, to charge his phone because he had no electricity at his shack.

Originally from Engcobo in the Eastern Cape, Mkoko moved to Johannesburg in search of greener pastures.
