American sports broadcaster and former football quarterback Tim Tebow recently shared valuable advice ahead of his and beauty queen Demi-Leigh's fourth wedding anniversary.
Speaking on his Meta Threads account, he shared a snippet from a recent interview where he talked about the advice he had heard elsewhere.
"@demitebow and I are getting ready to celebrate our 4-year anniversary this week. Can’t believe how fast time has gone! A little piece of marriage advice that I’ve heard and continue to strive to be better at is to 'love your spouse in the way that they receive love'. What’s the best marriage advice you’ve been given?"
In the clip, he speaks about the things they do together and how he is committed to sharing certain parts of the day with his wife, doing things she enjoys to show his love for her.
The pair became an item in 2018 during Demi-Leigh's Miss Universe reign, spent the pandemic together and went on to buy a R40 million home in Jacksonville, Florida in the States.
They spent December 2019 in South Africa leading up to their wedding at the beginning of 2020.

They wed in the Western Cape, with Demi tying the knot in a custom-made David's Bridal gown, which she reportedly paired with diamond and pearl earrings from Marion Rehwinkel Jewellery.
Demi's bridal party wore white, while her guests were asked to wear black.
Tim got married in a classic black Antar Levar suit, and his groomsmen wore Indochino.
Their wedding photos were sold to America's People Magazine for an undisclosed amount and first appeared on the publication's Instagram account.
Demi flew to South Africa on New Year's Eve and spent the first week of the year in her childhood home.
"I flew back to SA on New Year’s Eve and spent the first week of the year in my childhood home surrounded by my parents and the neighbours and community I grew up with. This last week reminded me of so many things I used to love: sniffing out the best local coffee spot and appreciating the barista’s process, going for long runs because they clear my head, going for hikes in nature because that’s where I process things and get the best ideas, watching sunrises and sunsets because they proclaim God’s mighty work to me daily," she wrote on Instagram.
"It’s not that I couldn’t do these things the last few years; I just kinda forgot how good they make me feel. An accumulation of distractions made me unknowingly set aside the small things that didn’t seem like they were that important in the bigger scheme of things," she added.
She admitted to feeling anxious about the need to write the perfect list of New Year's resolutions because most of the people she follows on Instagram had done so to mark the new year.
"It took me a week back in my home country to realize that this year I’m not hoping to make drastic changes, but rather tap into the small things that bring me joy, make me better and allow me to feel confident."
She also shared some Instagram story memories from her archive on Thursday, jokingly asking her husband to fly to South Africa so they can relive the magic of their wedding as their anniversary approaches.
