Boitumelo Dibakoane is a certified doula and postpartum depression and anxiety advocate based in Gqeberha, Port Elizabeth.

It's World Doula Week, celebrated annually from 22 March to 28 March.

For expectant moms unaware of the support available to them through the work of doulas, World Doula Week can be incredibly empowering.
