Build One South Africa (Bosa) leader Mmusi Maimane has weighed in on the controversial DA election advertisement depicting a burning SA flag. 

Reacting to the advert, the former DA leader condemned the “fear-mongering and swart gevaar [black danger] tactics".

Detailing his party's plans to tackle corruption and build a capable state on Wednesday at the Union Buildings in Pretoria, Maimane sought to enlighten those unaware of the implications of the 29 May general elections and provide a vision for a change in government.
