Kim and Kanye are 'very hands on' parents to baby Psalm West

"Kim has help, but is very hands on too," revealed a source close to the famous family. "She and Kanye have both been up at night with the baby. He is still small and on a strict feeding schedule. They have to wake him up to feed him."

Kim Kardashian is mom to North, 5, and Saint, 3, whom she carried naturally, and 16-month-old Chicago, who was also born via surrogate. The fourth child in the family, who arrived via surrogate recently, is bringing a new "energy" to the family, the anonymous source says.

His parents are spending plenty of time bonding with the little boy they've named Psalm West, it seems. "She knows they all need special, quality time with her. Kim hasn't been working at all and is only focusing on her family right now," the source revealed.
