A video of a toddler from Tennessee, USA having a ‘conversation’ with his father has gone viral after warming the hearts of many.
In the video, which was captured by the toddler’s mother, the little boy can be seen engaging in what seems to be a conversation about the TV show they are watching. Although the toddler can barely pronounce his words, he responds to everything his father says and can even be seen asking a few questions.
As the two continue with their discussion, the little boy throws in a few hand gestures as he explains what he is saying.
“Only this child!! Having a full-fledged conversation with Daddy and Daddy is just as bad,” the mother, Shanieke Pryor captioned the video on Facebook.
The video quickly went viral with over 34 million views, 1 million shares, 773 000 reactions as well as 268 000 comments on Facebook.
According to a study by University of York , children who were exposed to lots of adult conversation were found to have better cognitive abilities as they grew older. Being around adult conversation boosted their own language skills as well as helped to improve their drawing and creativity.
