Baby-led weaning is a great way to introduce your baby to solids. It basically entails giving your child suitably sized food portions and letting them feed themselves instead of spoon-feeding them puréed food.
Soon your baby will be eating from the family meal and you don't have to make any food separately for them. Just make sure you take their portion of food out before salting the food.
We've created a sample meal planner for you that is healthy, wholesome and suitable for the whole family.
We've also included a blank meal planner if you'd like to plan your family's meals for the week with your own recipes.
Tip: Print and laminate your meal planner to make it reusable.
